Order modifications
The order can only be modified before it is dispatched.
Order cancellation
If you cancel an order before it has been processed, it will be canceled and the purchase amount will be refunded in full, using the same payment method.
In the event that the product has already been processed, the customer must wait to receive it to proceed with its return, in which case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Delivery
Orders weighing more than 40kg will be delivered to the ground floor of the recipient building. Orders will be delivered, except in exceptional cases, in the following 2 or 3 business days after processing.
During the weekend there are no shipments, orders placed from Friday at 1:00 p.m. will not be shipped until the following Monday. On holidays no shipments will be made.
When the order leaves our facilities you will receive an email with a reference number to be able to track it through the transport company's website.
The products are sent to the address indicated by the customer during the order. In order to optimize delivery, it is recommended that you indicate an address where the order can be delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. In case of absence of the recipient, a notice will be left, as well as the way to agree another delivery.
In case of absence, the carrier will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. The customer will always have the option of picking up their order at the nearest logistics center.
After the second failed delivery attempt, the merchandise will return to the facilities of ENOVITIS CONSULTORS, S.L. ENOVITIS CONSULTORES, S.L. will pay the amount of the purchase, subtracting the transport costs: those of the shipment and those of the return.
In no case will the order be left at another address without the prior consent of the client.
You can check the status of the shipment on the website of the transport agency using the code provided in the email in which the day of dispatch is communicated.

Return conditions
ENOVITIS CONSULTORES, S.L. will not accept any change or return if you have not previously received any notification.
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to return it. The item to be returned must be in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, unsealed, clearly manipulated or exposed in inappropriate conditions. For the return and to avoid losses we advise you to use a courier service or send your return by certified mail.
The amount to be reimbursed will be the price of the item and under no circumstances will any type of expense be paid, the return transport costs will be borne by the buyer.
If the return is due to an error by ENOVITIS CONSULTORS, S.L., ENOVITIS CONSULTORS, S.L. will make the change for the correct product, assuming the transport costs of both the return and the replacement.
Return of detective products
The client only has 30 days after making the purchase to communicate if a product is defective.
In the event that a product is defective or has a defect ENOVITIS CONSULTORS, S.L. undertakes to exchange the defective product for another equal or to reimburse the amount after having verified the defect.
In the case of drinks, the bottle must be returned with the remaining content (minimum 80%) and with the original cap, so that the sommelier of ENOVITIS CONSULTORS, S.L. can analyze and verify its defect. The shipping costs derived from the return of the article will be divided in half between the buyer and ENOVITIS CONSULTORS, S.L., that is, the buyer will make the return by his own means and pay the return postage; ENOVITIS CONSULTORES, S.L. will send you the shipment of the new item if it is considered defective and will take care of the ports of the new shipment.

Products damaged during transport and their return
You must review your order in detail upon receipt. If you detect any damp boxes or suspect that a breakage may have occurred, you should not accept the delivery.
In this case, you must record the incident on the carrier's delivery note and notify the damage as quickly as possible, by email to: info@enovitis.cat. ENOVITIS CONSULTORES, S.L. will make a new shipment of damaged products at no additional cost.
In the event that the incident does not appear on the carrier's delivery note, ENOVITIS CONSULTORS, S.L. You will not be able to take charge of the replacement of damaged products.
Consumer goods warranty
As a client, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (in hereinafter, "TRLGDCU").
Consequently, you have the right of withdrawal consisting of the fact that you can cancel the contract entered into without the need to justify your decision during fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the acquired good or from the conclusion of the contract if it is a matter of a provision of services.
